Banana-Blueberry Protein Smoothie
3/4 fat -free cottage cheese
1/4 cup 1% milk or almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
2 tsp vanilla whey-protein powder
6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender then serve.
